An *adulterized* world

How old are you? If you're 13+, chances you're not unfamiliar with the idea of *love*. Speaking of love, chances are you also think immediately of boy-girl/man-woman love. If you do (and I'm sure you will), chances also are that you'll think of, well, sex. Come on, I know you do. Admit it. We're human, it's normal. And in this day and age when everywhere, at every hour, on every tv channel / newspaper / magazine you can find either a movie, commercial, ads, story... that associate love with sex - great love with great sex that is - in order to attract your attention, you must have been living in a cave to not have the idea engraved in your mind. So, the whole point is, in short, our minds are all corrupted. Heaven saves us!

Don't believe me? Don't want to? Can't accept the shocking truth? Well here's a test for you so you can't complain anymore. Look at the picture below. Closely.

What do you see? I bet all the dong in my pocket at the moment that like 98% percent of Earth population, you're seeing an intimate couple in a physical act of love. And that just proved that your mind is corrupted all the way to your basic instinct. But why?

Here's the answer. Take your 4 year old son/daughter/brother/sister/cousin, any kid will do. No no don't worry. Unlike you I have no intention of polluting their souls. Just let them see the pictures and ask what they saw.

Right, nine dolphins. That's because they're children and haven't been *adulterized* by the culture we created. At least not yet. Protect them, will you?

And if after reading all this you still can't find the dolphins, I have nothing more to say. Hopefully they will treat you nicely in hell.

What is so wrong with sex? Why do you condemn it?

I do not comdemn it, I merely say that too much exposure to sex from media has "corrupted" our mind and made it tend to relate things to sex. While sex is normal to anyone 18+, and knowledge about sex is to 13+, I wouldn't want my 10 year old brother, or anyone for that matter, to immediately think of sex when he sees pictures of dolphins. Would you?

contradiction
Please dont contradict yourself for the sake of the arguement "And if after reading all this you still can't find the dolphins....Hopefully they will treat you nicely in hell". That my friend is condemnation.

That my friend is a joke. Please consider that I am from a South East Asian country, and with last generation (i.e: our parents), sex is pretty much still a taboo, you'd die if you even think about sex. But we young people are much more open about it. Isn't what I wrote "We're human, it's normal." - paragraph 1, 3rd line - clear enough?

I kind of agree with you, inMotion. Again, probably it's becoz of culture, religion and maybe even tradition. When u encounter all these realtions and references to sex in everyday life, u come to think that its normal. tht this is what its all about. Tht ,as u said for istance tht love is mainly physical. you think tht its absolutely okay to look at women as sex objects. No wonder alot of women are plastics now. its all becoming artificial and superficial.
In ur test i didnt see the dolphins until u said there r nine of them. Then squinted my eyes n made some effort to see all of them. I only got to see some though.
Our minds are totally corrupted. I didn't realize tht till i read this.
Thanx

i am happy
that i saw the couple not the dolphins.

i would expect my mind to be more attuned to see human figures than dolphins.

and given the paragraph before the picture is about sex, i think it unlikely that anyone would not see the couple. as a psychological experiment, its full of flaws.

How about considering it a *funny* way to talk about the subject?

funny haha? or funny weird?
i don't get what you mean by it being a funny way to talk about the subject ... nor what it was you were hoping to achieve by the post.

*sigh* it mean I exaggerated a few things, use an interesting pictures (note: it says "extreme funny humour" at the bottom right corner), and kind of using words to supposedly humiliate anyone reading this post in order to make my point. . Those who see through all that will neither get offended, nor take what I say seriously, but hopefully the post will make them smile/chuckle/laugh when they realized the dolphins and then think a bit about why they didn't soonner. It is NOT meant to be a psychology experiment. It is just an opinion. And from an Asian point of view too, mind you.

I hope this ends the argument.
